VLC è stato realizzato con l’idea di alleggerire al massimo il carico sul sistema operativo dovuto al player multimediale eliminando le varie funzionalità aggiuntive e concentrandosi solamente sull’aspetto principale, la riproduzione multimediale. Con VLC potrai leggere molti formati tra cui DivX, MP3, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, AAC, WMA, WMV, FLAC.
